Cancellation/No-Show

At Sachet Salon, we value your time as much as we value ours. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation Policy:

  • All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 30% of the service booked.

No-Show Policy:

  • If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service booked.

Appointment Confirmation:

  • To secure your appointment, all bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Failure to provide a credit card for confirmation may result in the automatic cancellation of the appointment.

Please note:

  • We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

  • Charges for late cancellations and no-shows will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

  • Our cancellation/no-show policy helps us ensure that our team members' time is respected and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

Please note the following policies regarding our services:

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services, and if any issues arise, we are dedicated to finding a solution that meets your needs.

Service Guarantee:

  • We stand behind the quality of our hair services. Should you experience any challenges with your service, we commit to correcting them if we are notified within 5 days of the original service date.

Color Services Guarantee:

  • To ensure the best results for our color services, we recommend using the prescribed products available at Sachet Salon for at-home care. This helps maintain the integrity of your color and protects your investment in our services.

  • Please be aware that we can only guarantee the outcome of our color services when the recommended products are utilized.

Color Corrections:

  • All completed services are subject to evaluation for potential corrections. To maintain the quality of our services, we require the use of Sachet Salon products for at-home care following color treatments.

  • Each color correction will be addressed on an individual basis, tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

Products

At Sachet Salon, we strive to provide you with the highest quality retail products to enhance your beauty regimen. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have established the following guidelines for product exchanges and returns:

Exchange Policy:

  • Retail products may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value within 15 days of the original purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If there is a price difference between the exchanged products, the client will either receive a voucher for the remaining balance or be charged the difference.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only.

  • No cash refunds will be provided, and credit will not be issued to your account.

  • Damaged items, sale items, or discontinued items cannot be returned.

Hot Tools Policy:

  • Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on any hot tools (e.g., flat irons, blow dryers, etc.) sold at Sachet Salon. All warranties are provided directly through the manufacturers.

Set Items Policy:

  • Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set to qualify for an exchange or return.

Product Condition Policy:

  • Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase or if the product contains at least 90% of its original amount.

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used excessively or if less than 90% of the original amount remains.

Product Disclaimer:

Our professional products are subject to the aforementioned exchange and return policies. To exchange a used product, it must contain at least 90% of its original amount and will be subject to a 10% return fee.

  • Gift vouchers can be used for Services, Retail Products and Gratuity of a service.

  • Gift voucher purchases are notĀ refundable.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
